Kuding is harvested in southern China from "Illex Kaushue" plant which is type of holly. Kuding is a little bitter tea so if you prefer it milder use one needle for a cup and brew under a minute, repeatedly. In Traditional Chinese Medicine it is a cure for diabetes. Kuding contains sodium, silicon, sulfur, flavonoids so regular use of kuding will increase the body's immune system as well.

DRY LEAF: Dark green needles, pointy and sharp! :)
INFUSED LEAF: Thick, light green leaf with an aroma of tobacco and herbs.
INFUSION: Cloudy yellow cup with an aroma of pine needles & herbs. Mouthfeel bitter, woody & smoky. The vivid medicinal bitterness became eventually sweet in mouth leaving a pleasant finish on your palate.
