Leaf: Tiny yellowy-green leaves cut into diamond-like shape releasing an aroma of green apple, eucalyptus and herbs.
Infused leaf: Porridge-like green mate has an aroma of smoke, herbs and fresh spring green veg.
Liquor: Straw yellow cup is cloudy almost pond muddy. Liquor is creamy and velvety with hints of green wood, summer earth, fresh grass & herbs – coriander particularly. Taste is a bit (pleasantly) bitter at first which quickly changes into beautiful honey-like sweetness. Bright green apple after-taste with a hint of tobacco smokiness lingers on the pallet for some time.
